and yes, I did have Robin sacrifice himself to stop that flippy ass gravy lizard. It's simply the most efficient way of saving the continent!!! Any good tactician worth their salt would minimize damages.

anyway the game prompts another choice after you slay the dragon:
if Chrom lands the finishing blow on Grima, the fell dragon will sleep for another 1,000 years and then come back again. If Robin lands the final blow, Grima will cease to exist- but Robin will be sacrificing themself to do so.
