Every time there is some article where it's "woke gone mad" and the source is a solitary social media post with a few bot replies criticising it and this is not fucking news people. This weird genre of snowball media needs to stop. The writers need to do some real fucking journalism.

Right wing folk, historically and currently, do not like art. They like tech as they see profitability. They will not spend money on art. They will not fund AI purely to make art. It was a reactionary interest as a middle finger to artists. Because RW folk are also devoid of any art related talent.
Anecdotally on twitter seeing a big shift the last few days from every AI slop account saying every other creative field is “over” and they’re in control now to now posting about how nobody likes them and it’s not fair and they’ll persevere and real artists respect and uplift eachother
