SOTD (morning): Dries Van Noten Camomille Satin. The very beginning of the opening has a latex smell I don’t enjoy. But this goes away quickly and this scent gets more and more beautiful as it dries down. A smooth, sophisticated, cozy, musky vanilla. Love.

SOTD / SOTN (bedtime): Jovoy Musc Pallas. An absolute dream of a cozy skin scent. It smells like clean laundry without any aldehydic sharpness. It’s soft and has maybe the tiniest, teensiest, itty bittyest hint of spice. It’s beautiful.

SOTD / SOTN (evening): Gritti Tutu Blanc. This is my second decant. I finished the last one about a year ago and thought I didn’t need a FB. But I’ve kept thinking about this scent. It’s so girly and pretty and fun to wear. I’m really enjoying it this evening.

SOTD (afternoon): Roja Parfums 51. This has been on my wishlist forever, but after wearing the Widian this morning, I might take it off. It’s not that the scents are similar, but when/how I would where them is. And I think I prefer the Widian!

SOTD (morning): Widian Back II. I’m in trouble. This is the style of fragrance I have been loving lately… soft, elegant, and so beautifully blended that it’s hard to discern individual notes. She’s powdery, a bit rosy, slightly sweet. She’s divine.

I have to make a post with the word dogs in it several times. I have nothing against 😺 but my feed is 90% 😺 and I don’t know why. Dogs. I definitely prefer dogs. I have dogs. Here are my dogs. Dogs.

SOTD / SOTN (bedtime): Dries Van Noten Sur Ma Peau. This is a cozy skin scent and a nice balance of salty and sweet. Very pleasant. I think they market this as a layering scent, but I like it on its own. Though I could see layering it with heady florals, especially in the summer.

SOTD (afternoon): Penhaligon’s Solaris. A gorgeous, light, fresh white floral. Smells like summer. I simply refuse to participate in winter any further at this time. #perfumesky #perfumetok

SOTD (morning): Room 1015 Jasmine Freak - rumored to release Feb 4th. I was OBSESSED with this after trying it at ScentXplore. But today… I’m underwhelmed. The jasmine / mango combo is lovely, but I enjoyed the Les Mots Doux I wore yesterday more. Maybe I need to revisit this one in the summer.

SOTD / SOTN (bedtime): Diptyque Eau Rose EDT. A beautiful, simple rose. Not too strong, and definitely not long lasting, so it’s perfect for bedtime. I also own the EDP for daytime. It’s just as beautiful but longer lasting. #perfumetok

SOTD / SOTN: Ledda 22 Orris. She’s as cozy as she is beautiful. Always a good choice.

SOTD (afternoon): Infiniment COTY Les Mots Deux. Do I like tuberose now? I’m getting tuberose clearly, along with jasmine, but I really like this. A bit heady close to the skin, but the scent bubble has some freshness and is so lovely. But how many jasmines does one need? Well, maybe just one more

SOTD (afternoon): Merchant of Venice Andalusian Soul. Ambery, a little incensey, a little sweet, very cozy. A fave.

SOTD (morning): Jusbox Fifty Four. A very yummy, chocolatey patchouli with some light piña colada notes. This is another new pickup and I’m enjoying it even more than when I sampled it. It’s kind of intoxicating.

SOTD / SOTN (bedtime): Andrea Maack Ceramic. Cozy, clean, and unlike anything else. I find this one hard to explain; you just gotta get your nose on it.

SOTD (evening): Gallagher Fragrances Mists of Time. Slightly sweet, aromatic, fruity, clean goodness. Reasonably priced at $115 for 50 ml. A new pickup yesterday and it’s a love!!

SOTD (afternoon): Dior Sakura. This is a pretty cherry blossom with a fair amount of greenness. I find the green a tad sharp, and overall I don’t think this one is special enough to justify the hefty price tag.

SOTD (morning): Manos Gerakinis Seaene. A beautiful, soft floral with a bit of green and sweetness; a subtle bubblegum vibe. Very pretty.
