Even if the IPs did originate “from Ukraine” who is to say that wasn’t a Russian botnet attack trying to frame Ukraine as an attacker?
Unless he can provide us with the raw logs, which he will never do, I’m not convinced.
Even if every IP address that hit Twitter today originated from Ukraine (doubtful), they were most likely compromised machines controlled by a botnet run by a third party that could be located anywhere in the world.
