I don't particularly care where a person's from as long as they're a decent person. I grew up in the North"knowing" that the South was more racist..I moved South years ago and have dealt with so much less harassment. Have found soulful people. Prejudice is pointless.

A hex absolutely can backfire if you get reckless. I use my blood in quite a bit of my work but I will not tie it to a curse, it tangles you deeply into that energy and makes it easy to backfire. And yeah he is likely feeding on the chaos and it's disgustingly effective to watch
