Ok… but who gets paid? Whose work is being sliced and spliced? Just because it’s legal doesn’t mean it’s ethical. Artists aren’t raw material. You can’t mine creativity like it’s iron ore.

Civil society is where democracy fights back against autocracy.

As democracy declines across the world, these spaces matter more than ever.

Starve them, and power runs wild. Feed them and freedom holds.

Language matters, especially in diplomacy. Framing peace negotiations as “deals” flattens complexity and makes compromise sound like a failure rather than a resolution.

Diplomacy is about mutual understanding and long term agreements rooted in trust.
