I don't think they care what people want or are asking for. They've done Business Math and have determined that this is a profitable thing to do and that's all that matters.

S2 has been worse. There's a whole episode where he's up in arms about a relationship between a woman and a flamboyant man. Eventually the man reveals he's "80-20 gay-bi" which should have been enough for Evan to feel like a dick, but the episode ends with him being like "that's still like 90% gay"

Like, why do people keep paying her for her opinions? They're worthless.
