I went to a weekend somatic workshop in Austin a couple months ago and one of the tools I walked away with was the double inhale breath. It can help yourself relax and take your anxiety/stress levels down. I do it at the first signs of anxiety and it definitely helps. #anxiety #anxietyrelief
