We have published final guidance for public bodies on the new consumer duty which comes fully into force in April.

We have responded to an announcement by the UK regulator
@ofcom.bsky.social that it is to consult on proposed changes to the postal service.

Under the proposals Royal Mail would deliver second-class letters every other weekday and not on Saturdays.
