Check out this beautiful Rough Green Snake we came across in our yard this morning. These #snakes eat insects and are impacted by pesticide applications that are probably killing off their food. Super camo in the grass and trees. Cool. 💚🐍

Found this neat website with time lapse photography of Cedar Bog Lake MN. This is the lake made famous by Raymond Lindeman's work & his classic 1942 Ecology paper. Scrolling through, I found this one of the northern lights shining over the lake. So cool!

Had an amazing time last week visiting the catfish & aquaculture industry in W. Alabama. Thank you to all the producers, scientists, people & companies like Harvest Select that took so much time to visit with me. I learned a lot, made a few new friends and hope to see many of you again soon.
