We can admit that the US Attorney for NYC, Danielle Sassoon, did a good thing by not dropping Adam’s prosecution and instead resigning — without acting like the Federalist Society is now nothing but an entity destructive to our previously functioning democracy.

So Trump DOJ concedes that sanctuary city laws are in fact lawful.
