I mostly played Warframe and Reverse this week. Also did the latest expedition for NMS. Been very busy lately so not much time for anything else. Hopefully I can start a new game soon.
Also this weekend I will install Bazzite on a spare ssd so I can check it out.

Damn this game is being bombed on Steam. Apparently it's pretty bland and unfinished. Shame, I was really looking forward for it.

I personally like the series, but I think their other work, Umineko, is so much better. And it's only two games, lol.

That depends on how much are you willing to read. It's a kinect novel (meaning basically a digital book), and it's a VERY DENSE read. There are 10 games released on Steam (I think it's all of them actually) and it can be very disturbing. There are also anime adaptations if it's your fancy.

(OH. Pat just saw that that you watched Big Trouble in Little China. That's my favorite Carpenter movie! I still can't watch with original dubbing though, because I watched with a Portuguese dub when I was a kid and that stuck with me forever)

After farming a bit on Warframe, I will do the new expedition on No Man Sky. Also got a bunch of horror games on sale and will probably play Scratches next. And speaking of horror, I finally watched The Thing. Yes, it took me 40 years, but better late than never right? Great movie btw.

I finally finished SHf and got all achievements. The story is good but it could have been so much better. Look, if you played or watched Higurashi (same author), you will guess 70% of the plot. So is this a SH game? I still don't think so; it's more like a Soulslike (and Higurashilike?) game for me.

Grid paper is how I sorta did with PS1. I would often ran out of paper though, lol.
I haven't heard about that new one. Is there only the first game on Switch? Couldn't find the others. Man I wish they would release that version for PC too.

Etryan Odyssey is a blessing for me, specially as I find fun filling the maps on the DS screen as I go through the dungeon.

I played for 2 hours to test if it was working. I am pretty bad at dungeon crawlers, specially if they have no map (like this game). But I am willing to try them again because I love their atmosphere. I still have nightmares getting lost in the first Phantasy Star and the first Persona. 😂

While my wife was treating for leukemia, every time I would go visit her, the "receptionists" would give me a map of the hospital (drawn by hand, scanned and printed) with instructions on how to get to her room. And I'd always get lost. Suddenly SH hospital maps/layouts made perfect sense to me.

I haven't. I learned about this game while grabbing Tales of the Forsaken Land last year and was super curious to try. A lot of people said it's better than the first game.

4) press ctrl+shift+backspace, special-k menu will open;
5) go to the Window Management tab (scroll down), click on it and in Style and Position, check Bordeless and Bordeless Fullscreen.

Ok, this game has a really weird way to process the screen. It keeps stuttering on my end, even though it technically is running at 60fps!

Kids screaming way too loudly and annoying music, plus teacher screaming in the mic for the kids to be quiet etc. It pisses me off so much! So I just grabbed my headphone and blasted my years with some nice Children of Bodom music 😀
