Oh no way. It was days. And it got worse before it got better. I was so freaked out cuz I’ve always over-screened and it never happened before.

Ugh! This happened to me a few months ago while in the midst of revision + grading student papers. I had to take a 3 day break from screens. Without my glasses it was a little better, but, ya know, blurry. Constant use of lens wipes helped very minimally. It did get better though! Good luck!
