The DOJ no longer requires temporary immigration judges to have experience in immigration law. The new rule, which went into effect on Thursday, permits any attorney to serve as a temporary immigration judge for a renewable six-month term.

It’s overwhelmingly clear that if Trump hadn’t federalized the national guard, Gavin would have gladly suppressed the protests himself in order to back ICE. He was going to send 800 cops to LA!

NEW: Friends of Neri Alvarado, rotting in a Salvadoran prison on Trump's orders, made a video highlighting his volunteer work helping neurodiverse children learn to swim. Neri was sent there after someone at ICE thought his autism awareness tattoo was a gang tattoo.
