Spent 3days this week in a printing studio learning and making this Aquatint etching piece (metal plate etched by chemicals) which was then used to create 3 final prints.

Worked my ass off for 3days with a lot of help from the volunteers at the DCA. But I finished up on Thursday with 3 final prints.
They're going to be on display with the other art works created at these classes, next weekend. And then hopefully I'll get them home to frame and display at home.

Day one of 4 where I've got something to do social wise. I'm already struggling..I've just finished doing my weekly med boxes, I need a shower now and I have ran out of steam, I also do not want the pain it's going to ramp up. But on a good note I got compliments on my pumpkin :)

Had a lovely time away in Berlin, sadly got sick while there. My wee heart has decided palpitations are its favourite past time since.
So now I'm gonna have to call my GP to see wtf to do with it if anything, and if I'm safe to have my vaccines on Friday or not. Such fun.

Working on this bad boi. Struggling with what my next steps are though. Bright contrasts/alcohol inks are required me thinks.

Spent the past two Sunday evenings making this bad boi! I've been so nervous all week that it wouldn't turn out. But the result is pretty spot on to my original idea of ocean/waves.

For some reason it just reminds me of this graffiti I found on a roll back from the railway bridge in Dundee last year. I still think about it some times 😂

After I finally finished the army of Tyranids. I got some inspiration to make a diorama for them. Today I feel we've got off to a good start. Qual 3d printed a crater and a trench (not pictured). And I mocked it up on cardboard and bought basing materials. Excited is an understatement

A nice birthday was had. Craft day meant I finally painted my lord of pain. Also Submitted my Tyranid army to the Warhammer armies on parade at the local shop. I did it for the pin badge. Was cool to get to speak to folks about tips and ideas, even got gf french toast for dinner.

Qual bought me this cool looking lap craft station. No longer leaning over the kitchen table and hurting my back. Now I get to sit propped up on the couch. I can also use it on my wheelchair which is pretty awesome.

Been busy crafting (painting) the past week or so, and attended two d&d sessions.
Qual taught me how to use the air brush, so I primed this tiny bench. I couldn't resist these dice with the aliens inside.
Haven't decided if I want to take the tiny pops out their boxes or not yet though.

Finally finished this bad boi for an Xmas present for someone. Used my own dice to showcase it's purpose. Shall likely add some gay dice for our DM before handing it over.

Emotional support mythos has been travelling with us all day and has had many cuddles as my body hates me and I needed something. I've wanted this tentacle boi since I saw him a month ago in forbidden planet. We went in today and found him, so happy 😄
