The really sad thing is the ABC majority won’t care regardless of how many people show up in opposition. As demonstrated by the budget being passed unchanged.

Agreed. I’m really not that excited by the BRT that’s proposed. A lot of it seems to still be in traffic at key places, which will continue to jam everything up.

The real problem is we still have multiple heavy use trunk lines served with buses that really should be grade separated rail already.

I really don’t understand why there hasn’t been a push by government to switch to an alternative. Particularly now that Bluesky has a similar feature set (and likely a more engaged audience too).
