For Cloud definitely GitHub Actions. Since MS bought GitHub, they have Actions as strategical choice. For regular on-premise setup GitLab is a mainstream. For k8s / openshift - tekton & argocd.

That is the second reason why I many time tried to write a tech blog and failed. When you try to describe something which is treaky, it is turned out to be either workaround or dirty hack.

It looks like russians warned US one day before the launch, so most of the west embassies were closed in Kyjv.
