This is why it's important to understand what's going on. Not about accepting cowardice – but a proper analysis. Journalists are told by their editors across the country they cannot criticise Rowling. Not because they would lose a case, or would even sue, but because she has built up a latent fear.
I get where you're coming from- it's the same thing Rowling does with libel threats. The idea is to grind everyone down.

Absolute fucking cowards. Nothing in the Supreme Court ruling comprehensively established that it is unlawful to ever include us. You could fight that case and win if you were willing to take a risk for us.
