I've decided to take it easy this weekend but after work each evening for the next 4 days, I'll be working in inkscape trying to make seamless brick and stone textures that I can apply to SVGs and hopefully engrave on laserboard. Brick will be easy but stone needs some irregularities to look real

I'm watching Dune, part two again this evening, (previously watched it in Coleford Cinema, an excellent venue, where you can take in a film at a fraction of the price that you would pay in a city or large town). Really enjoying it, I was misinformed that 'Dune : Sisterhood' was out today

Sunday is rapidly approaching and I need to be in fine fettle for geometry and stuff. It's a laser cutting thing. I want to achieve creating a 1:144 model of some sort of building and also possibly etching a trace of a photo of Wendy's granddaughter onto some sort of medium
