Beautiful study. Stop the madness.
Low-renin hypertension is by far and away some manifestation of primary aldosteronism pathophysiology. Even if you get caught up in names and definitions and can't accept this, it responds beautifully to MR antagonist therapy, so just do the right thing.

Work smarter, not harder!

A low renin with concurrent use of ACEi/ARB is almost certainly some shade of Primary Aldosteronism.

Either way, aldosterone-directed therapy is very likely to provide major clinical benefits
