Gratitude Gil for the gift link! I noticed her GoFundMe set up by her friends. In my small community, we veer away from that platform since it has morphed into the selfish bottom line motives akin to the dynamics she describes. Might I recommend ‘Spotfund’ for her? I hope her book re-publishes too.

Orange’s reality show persona was on full display. Zero substantial bipartisanship, just performance & he likes a strong winner. Whenever it suits him, Orange will certainly demonize Mamdani again.

Would like to know: if NYAG did open a co-conspirator investigation, do the have access to the DOJ files? Or, can Bondi prevent that on legal, jurisdictional grounds?

Even before his evident decline, I could never imagine him dealing well with a crisis like the Cuban Missile one. Now? Please GOP, consider him a national (also planetary) security risk.

It doesn’t land with a perfect fix, but with something quieter: the uneasy, ongoing work of letting go, paying attention, and learning, if nothing else, to sit down where you are.

The Pelvic Floor Is a Problem
Everyone’s suddenly obsessed with the pelvic floor—physical therapists, MAHA influencers, me. Could this deeply misunderstood body part really be the seat of so much modern dysfunction?

According to the armchair psychologists (those with proper training), he has devolved to third grade level due to likely dementia. They compare his language skills from the ‘80s to now. Back then, he was about 12th grade level.

Tangential but important- are there any competent prosecutors left in this current band of DOJ loyalists and are they focusing on real criminality, at all? Or, Nada?

Immediate reaction - Yes! But, I viewed the latest presser with Gloria Allred & one of the survivors. Allred discussed how the naming by them via MTG still could make survivors vulnerable to defamation lawsuits. This is her legal analysis of this, go to min 14:00: www.youtube.com/live/gJQR9Xc...

In the language of the bill it specifies ‘unclassified’. This already gives a huge out. DOJ can label material as ‘classified’ to prevent release. Massie & Khanna allowed this language - I guess to bolster passage but it neuters its power. Ken Klippenstein has a piece about this.

Also, DOJ can keep an open investigation going to prevent release of files without even charging anyone. So, even exculpatory evidence not available until there is a charge.

Can a state, eg. NY, open an investigation & actually charge someone caught in that web? Once a charge is made, discovery available. It could be related to the dubious financials. Note: me not a legal Eagle, so do not know how state vs. fed statutes sync here with regard to discovery.
