Be clear with Senators! Warner supports a bipartisan approach, which is great if it involves negotiation and Republican concessions. However, it's a problem if it only means Democrats can propose doomed amendments in advance. Don't trade cloture for ineffective amendments!
Warner and Hickenlooper have videos up where they say they are no's on cloture, a good sign that grassroots pressure is working; hit them with some positive reinforcement.
