Watching tv could be ‘mind numbing’. Her dad’s generation was born before TVs existed and opted out. Do people opt out of smart phones? (What’s smart? Phone or user?)

She let me put it on repeatedly as part of our vaudeville act. But there was a significant wing impediment, (inwingament?) so enjoyment scale? 0-1/of 10 with short bursts of 8/10.

Yesterday there were some reports that on Monday, Afghans were notified that they could be deported because “it’s safe now”. Same with Myanmar! neither are safe. Even if you have a green card you may be sent back, they supposedly were told. His children and family are here.

Good point! Not everyone sees whats really happening & they believe fantastic claims about the protesters that are untrue or exaggerated. It’s best to find things everyone agrees on (Don’t throw anyone ex. 74 year old stroke survivors who have paid their rent on the street and destroy their stuff)
