I grew this rose in my garden (a couple years ago, I planted a rose bush and have since practiced benign neglect). Isn’t it lovely?

Today, I filed an amicus brief in Fuld v PLO and US v PLO, arguing the Court should use this opportunity to explain why foreign corporations are entitled to due process rights - because any violation happens in the US.
