I like it, I’d consider trying to incorporate that small hallway/dead space to the right of the washer/dryer by adding a door directly into the bathroom and flipping the orientation of the washer/dryer into the bathroom. Think that’s possible/a better option for a small desk or more closet space?

The second en-suite is too generous and the guest closet isn’t big enough, imo. This is a great plan for a very specific family (or two couples?) I think a 3 bed x 3 bath could be better proportioned for young families. That said, more family apartments no matter what the layout!

Common complaint with these is no bathroom on the sleeping level - I love a loft but walking stairs in the middle of the night is a bridge too far for many. Good option for a few!
