RealT a sent message to investors the day the city got a temporary restraining order against the company. It said, among other things, it had renovated the ground-floor of 16730 Woodingham and were now asking $1,200. It's near my office so I checked it out. Um...

2001 was a very good year for movies, apparently.

One day after our article published detailing major problems with RealT's Detroit portfolio, the company offered up another property to foreign investors. It's apparently undeterred by its enormous tax debt and renters clamoring for repairs.
