I heard that TLoU had a masterpiece of a story for years, and then when i finally experienced it, it was the most like 7/10 thing ever. It was solid but idk how anyone considers it a masterpiece. Genuinely, part 2 is the better game yet its the one that gets shit on the most.

Penix might be cooked. Partial acl tear has him up to 3 acl tears now. And hes gonna be 26 years old while having not even played a seasons worth of games. Just two offseasons ago I thought we had our qb of the present and our qb of the future... oh how wrong I was.

From what ive seen its not even really the flood either. Like basically the flood in name only.

I dont really think people have been harsh on it in forever now. Most people in my experience tend to agree its pretty good and thats how its been since I got into Halo almost 6 years ago. Well with the campaign, I dont think anyone praises the multiplayer.

Game awards are a joke anyway. Only reason to bother with them is for the game reveals and other news.

But! It has sprint (which you can turn off and there game is not designed around btw)! And some models are the better looking infinite versions! You arent allowed to be excited!

Unless the game is even earlier in development than it seems, then maybe it gets canceled by ea if the show does poorly. I imagine it'll be far enough along by then that they still release it though.

I dont think the shows performance even matters that much tbh. If the game is good (and performs well enough financially) the series will be fine either way, but if its bad then regardless of the show the series is probably dead for good.

Yeah, mcc achievements are just so broken man. I dont even get how they got this fucked up in the first place. Ive never seen a game other than mcc where they dont pop in like a couple minutes at most.

Mcc achievements have always been screwed. For some reason it loves waiting until the next time you play to unlock them. Like a year or a year and a half ago I wanted to 100% the game... I gave up in like a week and got a bunch of achievements from that like 3 weeks ago.

Yeah, clear step down from the trilogy, but without all the bugs and optimization issues it launched with its not even bad. Not particularly good, but not bad either.

I still cant believe they gave us Hunt the Truth and then the campaign had nothing to do with it. That shit is arguably the best thing to come out of Halo. The devs actually didnt even know anything about it and thats why its so irrelevant. The people writing the games story werent informed of it.

Well they actually did want to do smth like that. They didnt feel like the overheating was well balanced so they wanted to make it so you could use thermal clips once your gun overheats while you wait for the cooldown, but it caused too many issues in development so they just gave up.
