Just screaming into the void

My old man is 13, and until this last week his aging has been just being a bit slower, kinda blind, and grumpy(er).

Now he’s having trouble walking at times for food and water, and he declined to swim with us this weekend for the first time. I’m not ready, but…..

Aside from all the lovely memories with the kids and pups made during Snowmageddon in the South, I’ve learned that in the case of a zombie apocalypse, I’ll be volunteering to go out to look for supplies for my family by day 5. I need to build an introvert bunker.
