i got a book on clearance that has pretty mixed/bad reviews, my fave being:
"the main character gives updates on the brands of clothes he is wearing, just like Patrick Bateman in American Psycho, except if Patrick Bateman sucked."

But on the note of books- I just finished reading Murakami's latest novel, The City and its Uncertain Walls. I really thoroughly enjoyed it, I haven't read Murakami in quite some time.
