Young adult patient who unfortunately suffered VF arrest requiring an extended period of resuscitation and resulted in neuro and cardiac deficits. OWM with OctaRay…Pathway was gone within one beat when we came on ablation. Less than a second to cure. I hope they make a full recovery.

Interesting little phenomenon during an AF ablation: persAF, RVR, EF 20%, cardioversion before mapping. CS pacing capture repeatedly caused the same PAC that induced AF. Burning at the blue dot on the posterior R carina terminated AF 3x. Wash, rinse, repeat!

An oldie but a goodie! Love an unexpected atypical RA flutter! One burn term at the blue dot + some for good measure.

S/P Cryo 2 yrs. PersAF, failed CV a month ago. Touched up RPVs and extensive PW ablation. It didn’t look perfect but pacing = exit block. EPS induced flutter 260mec. We thought surely it would be PW but noooooo. Unfortunately, after mapping, entrainment turned to AF🤦🏻♀️ CTI blocked. Micro re? #epeeps
