In a country of 340 million people we could absolutely find a dozen bleached blonde ladies named Pam who killed someone, which proves that all bleached blonde Pams are vicious killers and should be expelled from the country. Someone should get on that.

The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service

Koh: I think what we are seeing is what the founding fathers feared the most, which is the collapse of our checks and balances. The Supreme court is supposed to be a co-equal branch of government. It's basically a mouthpiece for Donald Trump at this point.

Just incredible chutzpah & disdain for one’s entire profession & professional colleagues. Not to mention all of us as citizens. Not to mention the law, the meaning of words, & the Constitution. They don’t deserve our respect, because they have none for us or anyone else or the country.
The dripping contempt the right wing SCOTUS majority holds for district judges is truly a sight to behold every time. When they deign to give actual reasons for their shadow docket holdings, it’s “look at the absolute idiots who keep getting everything wrong!”

In high school, I received a failing grade on a math test because I used Jane Austen's "Pride and Prejudice" instead of a trigonometry table to solve the equations. It was, clearly, a violation of my right to free speech.
Trans graduate assistant Mel Curth has been removed from her position at the University of Oklahoma after a Christian student complained a failing grade she received in a psychology essay – because she cited the Bible rather than empirical evidence – was a violation of her right to free speech.
