I entered a fugue state last night and rearranged my office furniture! Fun times. I added this end table next to my desk. Miss kitty, who loves to serenade me with her piercing voice, approves of the new arrangement.

Picked up this preorder from Bookmark II yesterday. This will be a powerful read, no doubt - I resonate so much with Yuria's approach to understanding and healing the place we're collectively in.

I had the absolute joy of spending much of my weekend in the presence of many exceptionally creative and talented authors at the sixth annual Afterwords Literary Festival! I'm still basking in the glow. While trying to figure out where these will fit on my bookshelves...

This little senior did us proud this morning and caught her first mouse of the cold season! (Old house, hateful landlord. Sigh.) Here's hoping she keeps that up!
