Went to the park to see the great horned owl after dropping off @rjku-ceramics.bsky.social Ryan's ceramic pieces at the Jansen Art Center, show starts on April 10th

Finally found a saw-whet owl. Sorry for the blurry pic, only had phone cameras with us.

Read a tip that planting poppy seeds in the snow works really well. I sprinkled them on top in the places I want them to grow. Spring will tell if it worked.

Visited a tiny local aquarium and then took a walk through the woods. Imagine my surprise when I stumbled across this Great Gray owl. My first sighting of one, such a beauty.

And so it starts, sowing seeds that take a long time to grow. Plus some sweet peas I started a few weeks ago.
