Kind of weird that to replace the battery in my key fob circa 2006 I just pop open a little hatch on the back and to replace the one in my husband's 2019 car I have to get out a butter knife and shuck it like an oyster. Sometimes the circuit board pops out too. Technological progress?

I'm diving from, "do the standard, basic bread machine recipe from their manual with their off-standard measuring tools" straight to, "mod this KAF recipe and try to take the kneading blade out before the fermentation stage."
