Heck of a week 😅

I am very fortunate that I live on the same property, so I am able to spend most of my time at her house. I’m sleeping at mine though 😕

My power is still off. My brother is having an electrician friend (I guess?) come to try to fix the issue, but that isn’t into tomorrow. Then I assume that, because it’s going to be Thanksgiving, it won’t be turned back on until Friday if it IS fixed.

Because I have a dog, I can’t just go spend the night with someone, so I just had to sleep with no electricity. Which I’ve done before during power outages, so it’s not as if I was in new territory. All this just before Thanksgiving.

(Sorry for being a bummer. I’m just having a hard time.)

Well THAT’S true!

On top of this, she’s also applying this week to teach English in Japan after she graduates- I was more okay with that before I found out it would be a YEAR long contract!

Btw she says she isn’t good at the game the team with be competing in, so she is the DEI hire 😆

The trip is in January. My sister and I are not okay 😆
