The Elon techbro ethos: “things I don’t know about are stupid/useless/easy to understand” - could have some really nasty results.
Tune into Joe Rogan's show tomorrow, where he'll have the politically-tribeless political commentator DickNutz1488 on to talk about how the people totally voted for this.

Fed employees now experiencing what tech is like - “move fast break things” bros, setting up mattresses in the office, layoffs and random firings, mostly of women and PoC. Sad to see.

There is no such thing as “masculine energy.” It’s imprecise because it’s a euphemism. He is saying there are too many women in the workforce.
My favorite part of Zuckerberg's Joe Rogan interview is when he suggests there is not enough masculine energy at his company, where two out of every three employees is a man.

We’ve got to repopularize rich guys settling their grievances via pistol duels instead of being catty bitches on podcasts.
This is a fascinating turn of events

I have worked at a bunch of tech companies. Not a single one needed more "masculine energy," whatever the fuck that even means. Not one of them have had an equal number of female engineers, and most have been 90% or greater male engineers.

Turns out, Zuck is just an asshole. Always has been.

I get wanting Spotify to pay higher royalties so artists can make money but they’re never going. Spotify’s purpose is to make money for shareholders and they lose money when they pay royalties. If you want to support artists, you have to buy music and merch from them and go see them when they tour.
Spotify just reported record-breaking profits.

In totally unrelated news, Spotify stopped paying nearly 90% of artists on the service ANYTHING (no royalties for songs w <1k streams/year)
