Women fought too hard for this right and it led to other groups being able to vote LEGALLY! We cannot & will not be silenced.

Drink water, rest, find something to make you happy in the chaos, then not only find your focus in this mess, but know where the support can help you.

Yes, there is cost with it. Please consider this a necessity expense.

Yes, this can be a hardship for many. But know that getting this done will ensure our way to keep voting.

For anyone who has had their name legally changed, please consider this route.

Read all info to see if one will be close to you or what you need to do to get this done.

I'm posting for those who have had their names changed LEGALLY, & doesn't show the same on your birth certificate. I would highly encourage anyone to take up on this.

A link that posted on the site 2/24/2025 has some coming Special Passport Acceptance Fairs to help you get your passport going faster, beginning 2/25/2025. No passport onsite (verification must happen) but it may cut some time to get it done faster.

GET YOUR PASSPORT!

If you already have one, your citizenship is already verified with the name you use. So it makes it a great form of ID to use anywhere, traveling abroad or staying on land.

How to get one, especially right now?

Yes it states if you present your state-issued ID they also want a paper copy of your birth certificate. It's hard for many who have a legally changed name for any reason. If the name on the ID doesn't match the birth certificate, you won't be allowed to vote.

HOWEVER, there's some hope here. (2)

Though helpless in our chaotic political climate, I have found my focus in the fight! The H.R. 22 SAVE Act bill is horrific & mostly aimed at voter suppression of women.

If your photo ID doesn't match your birth certificate, you will not be allowed to vote.

Of course it's raining in Orlando this morning! There's a brand new hotel opening. The rain-on-opening-day-event lore in Orlando continues to be on point here.

Happy Opening Day, Stella Nova Resort!
The first piece of EPIC Universe opening is today with the hotel.

DJT pushed for the ban in 2020.

Now he’s “saving” the app as “president”, but that’s not official yet.

The app creators bent the knee; look at the notification wording.

Now they will be at the inauguration. And the app miraculously works.

This is now gross. And a reminder DJT is no hero.

In honor of A.A. Milne's birthday today, I wanted to revisit his 'Daffodowndilly' poem used as the inspiration for my Spring @dapperday.bsky.social 2024 outfit worn for the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival. Getting to see Pooh & Piglet in Christopher Robin's room in the UK Pavillion was extra special.
