I want to thank my friends who enabled me to have my favourite Christmas treat - Gravlax. I don't know if I will be able to get a turkey at this point, but I have a nice piece of fish in the fridge turning into a Norwegian delicacy.

Harvest wanted to sleep in Archangel's bed tonight, so I let her. I tucked her into her sister's cage, and covered her over. It's kinda spooky and kinda sad to hear sounds coming from that cage.

Harvest has feather mites. Yay. Can't afford the treatment so she gets a bath. This will not go down well. Also - all the light bulbs went out in my apartment save for ONE, and all at once. I wish I was making this up. Will be washing my chicken in the dark as punishment for one night of fun. FML.
