I suspected the teacher had got me muddled up with another pupil at the end of a long evening of report writing. I was last in alphabetical order of surnames. The Google AI overview of "cavalier attitude" is pretty damning.

The trouble is our "democratic process" isn't very democratic and has given the Labour party an unassailable majority with less than 34% of the vote.

Still, it's an opportunity to indulge in a little schadenfreude after years of lectures from Brexiteers about respecting the outcome of a vote.
