We are a group of real NPS employees and other activists, founded in the early days #AltNPS & #AltGOV.

We went silent as the movement became filled with grifters and worked in other ways.

We provide Info. We don't ask for money; we don't sell things.

We will never ask for money. We will never sell anything.

If you want to support the NPS in monetary ways, the National Park Foundation is the official charitable partner to the NPS.

The study suggests a novel strain of papillomavirus based on observational data, but without tissue samples or genetic analysis, this claim remains speculative.

Why does this account have so many GoFundMe campaigns?

Why have some of them been deleted?

How many different ways have they asked for money?

How many different purposes has the money been for?

How much have they actually received from others?

We do not, nor have we ever provided goods or services, particularly those associated with recently filed and pending trademarks under 8868215.

We provide occasional social media postings for informational and entertainment purposes.

It's probably a good idea to not follow accounts that run GoFundMe campaigns.

Just in case it isn't clear, we are not the Twitter/X account @/altyellonatpark.

We are not and do not claim to be them. See our profile and posts for who we are.

We are here to share our love for the Parks and share information where we can.

We have no desire to engage with accounts that troll, spread hate, false information, or divisive rhetoric.

Here's a pic from one of my recent visits to Rocky Mountain National Park.

This is a must read.
I’ve decided to leave Scientific American after an exciting 4.5 years as editor in chief. I’m going to take some time to think about what comes next (and go birdwatching), but for now I’d like to share a very small sample of the work I’ve been so proud to support (thread)

Be aware of charity scams. In times of need, it's a common tactic for scammers and grifters to pose as charities, sometimes even get exemption approved.

If they don't share their financials and can't keep their paperwork up to date, it's likely a scam or a grift.

Going green isn't cheap, but it's worth the investment. For today & for our future generations.

The Acadia Maintenance Facility is designed to LEED Silver. With $1.5m in grants and donations for Solar and vehicle chargers, 50% of its energy needs come from renewables.

Virgin Islands National Park has a 19 Kw solar array that offsets 70% of their buildings electric usage.

This was made possible by help, from people like you and the NPF.

Did you know that they have a plan to transition to zero emission vehicles?

For anyone wondering, I am real.

Some Twitter troll who's account is filled with grifting and GoFundMe campaigns has apparently found out and is now trying to convince people to mass report me.
