We'll never know will we? Completely hypothetical
November 11, 2025 at 2:38 PM
Don't waste your breath on straw men.
November 11, 2025 at 2:37 PM
They're already leaving, that's the problem.
November 11, 2025 at 2:17 PM
I think they're "no better" than the alternative, and that's not anger talking, that is a rational assessment of the situation.

The only thing that matters is how they vote, which is literally the same as the Republicans. All their bitching and moaning and hand wringing is literally theater.
November 11, 2025 at 2:16 PM
This is a lie. Trump was in the process of being forced to provide SNAP benefits through the courts. He'd already lost and was pathetically running to the supreme Court. If that was the crux of the issue, Democrats could have at least waited for a ruling.
November 11, 2025 at 2:09 PM
... Because they failed to stop them.

We're all too tired of Democrat protestations of helplessness. If you can't do anything to help, get the fuck out and we'll find someone who can.
November 11, 2025 at 2:07 PM
Buddy, at this point who gives a fuck? It has become clear that the Democrats could have 90 seats in the Senate and they would still let Republicans control things. WHY BOTHER voting for them if this is the best they can do?
November 11, 2025 at 2:04 PM
The Biden administration continued Trump's policies, refused to prosecute loyalists, and worst of all clung to power without a plan until we were left with no choice but his loser VP crammed down our throats without a primary. They've been ineffectual both in and out of power my entire life.
November 11, 2025 at 2:02 PM
Trump didn't happen in a vacuum. I get the occasional surrender monkey Democrat asking me if I blame Democrats for Trump, and the answer is a resounding "Absolutely yes." He's one of the worst, least talented men to ever walk the earth **and you keep losing to him**.
November 11, 2025 at 1:58 PM
I honestly think it's not implausible that the capitulating 8 Democrats were bribed.
November 11, 2025 at 8:01 AM
If Democrats are just going to rubber stamp Republican policies, then they can expect us to all stay home for midterms. It's not like they were going to win anyway, and this ensures it.
November 11, 2025 at 8:00 AM
None of the 8 who caved is running for reelection.

They must think we're stupid, though - This was OBVIOUSLY arranged to have the retiring senators throw themselves under the bus to save the careers of the rest of them.
November 11, 2025 at 7:50 AM
Them you're.a fool too. It accomplished nothing except to reinforce to the Republicans that they can hold the poor hostage as bargaining chips.
November 11, 2025 at 7:47 AM
You cannot possibly be this big of a fool. You've made it so the entire shutdown was a waste of time and money.
November 11, 2025 at 7:39 AM
No, *you're* "the barrier." You blew it.
November 11, 2025 at 7:36 AM
No we haven't. Fuck your economy.
November 11, 2025 at 1:52 AM
Every one of these is a violation of the law, and nothing will be done because we are ruled by criminals.

They're usually in a symbiotic relationship with other organisms in the bloom that are producing it and then they pull it in and sequester it with transport proteins. So, basically yes.

... Then why is even a modestly sized solar system $15,000..?

Also unless you buy a battery, which are still outrageously expensive, you will get power during the day and be at the mercy of your power company at night, which means net metering. Kickbacks across the country have been dropping fast.
November 10, 2025 at 11:10 PM
If you're just going to be a Republican rubber stamp, you should resign immediately rather than pretending to give us representation.
