🍄 Hahaha! In my defense, I've never had a whiskey sour

Anyways, my point is just that these are already complicated things to deal with as a singlet. But when living as a system they become that much more complex

You shouldn't shame anyone for struggling with these things in general, but try to take extra care when dealing with system members 💝

Then, there's the topic of sexuality

Luckily for our system, the host is always bisexual lol And it appears that most of the rest of us are as well, some leaning more one way or another, but not generally minding overall

However, this isn't true for all systems. And can cause confusion as well

Then, on top of that, we all view what we look like differently. So when coming to the front and seeing what the body actually looks like, this can cause a feeling of disconnect from oneself and a desire to change the body to look more like how you imagine you look inside

There are also men in the system, many of whom do not feel that they are trans men, but rather, feel that they are cis men living in an afab body

There are also all different flavors of non-binary people within the system

Naturally, this can cause the host to have gender confusion

For example, I am a woman. Just a regular cis woman. However, I live in the body of a transmasculine genderqueer person

While Melancholy is interested in pursuing masculinizing treatments, I am not so interested in pursuing that kind of care. But it's deeper than that as well

Melancholy was kind enough to trim the leg hair for us though, and is allowing us to express our femininity
Ideally we'll reach a space where we all feel comfortable, but that might just be a pipe dream when sharing the same body with so many different people

Maybe we all would've been a part of some greater whole if we hadn't split, but we DID split. I feel that ignoring each of our personhood is akin to some type of cruelty. If I am not a person, then no one in this system is a person. I'm not part of a person, I am my own person.
