Treatment for measles is unspecific & only supportive. While there is evidence that vitamin A could reduce pneumonia & mortality in children w measles, this evidence comes from regions w high rates of malnourishment. Alternative treatments (herbal medicine, homeopathy, etc) are not evidence-based.
