Either the emergency docket is being overused or it isn't. Either we examine the reasoning or we don't.

Pick a standard and stick with it - regardless of who's signing the order.

Conservative justices use emergency docket → "Corrupt Court! Shadow docket abuse!" (No discussion of legal reasoning)

Liberal justice uses emergency docket → "Actually, she's playing 4D chess, preventing worse outcomes..." (Suddenly we're citing legal experts)

I think it is important to discuss and point out grounded arguments to strengthen Kam School's defense.
