I’ve spent the whole day wondering why the trash truck hasn’t come by.
Only realized an hour ago that it’s because today is not, in fact, Wednesday.

And somehow Home Alone 2 is even more violent and they walk away yet again? Are the Wet Bandits part of the multiverse or something?

Oh, that Home Alone house on the bottom right was 100% an anniversary gift to each other for our 10 year.

I saw him live in Nashville in 2007? 2008? and the way he held the entire audience in palm of his hand was truly spectacular.

Clearly I’m an elder millennial.

Our Christmas present each year from my parents is the newest release, and then I got crazy and found light kits to add. Last year’s setup:

Our Legos feature prominently in our Christmas decorating and I can’t wait to take them out.

We have a ton (lots of hand me downs from my brother), and so far the favorites have been knights with dragon/castle, barn and all sorts of farming sets, and he’s getting a pirate ship and some fun little additions for Christmas. I rotate the themed sets every month or so and keep the rest hidden.

I tried one this summer because my husband was curious about my disdain for them.

He looked at it for a moment, then solemnly agreed that a a side part is the only part for me.
