Well done chaps. I did a full year no alcohol in 2024 and only very occasionally have an alcoholic drink now. Alcohol affects muscle recovery and I train a lot so always have a reason not to drink.
I applaud you and support this way of life! We’re all much better people without it ✌🏼

Also, first time racing on a track and in spikes in nearly 25 years!! Just about managed to get comfortable in the spikes before the race. Looking forward to the next one!
