Remember: the EHRC's Interim Guidance, and we understand the draft statutory guidance too, recommended a trans bathroom ban. Two tribunals have now disagreed.
This is the second decision - both first instance - since the appalling For (Some) Women Scotland decision to find that there is no trans bathroom ban. www.gov.uk/employment-t...

I think Transactual put it best (in reference to the girl guides) and now Labour too:

"There is no problem being solved here, only harm being done."

All to appease the right, who hate them anyway - shame on them.

I have secured 10s of 1000s of pounds (so far) to buy property that will form the start of a social housing system for trans people, that will charge you the local housing authority rate for your rent.

I’d say any trans person that can work would be insane to stay in the uk. Sadly those with health issues who need help are stuck in the uk with no way out.

Wes Streeting claims there are too many diagnoses of anxiety, autism, and ADHD. But when people are oppressed by neoliberalism, and others cannot comply with its demand for uniformity, he is really seeking to destroy evidence of dissent for his toxic worldview. www.taxresearch.org.uk/Blog/2025/12...

Reading there is a review initiated by WS, now for ADHD and wider mental health conditions. I really hope this is a step towards helping people but unfortunately it appears that it may be another whitewash like the Cass review as Simon Wessely is co-chair. The man who trampled on people with ME/CFS

The intent of all of this is increasingly clear - it is to hound not only every trans person out of public life, but force every person who is not explicitly anti-trans either out of employment or into silence.
