I was mulling over the idea of closing down all my accounts. Came to the realization that it would isolate me *too much*. It’s been good for me and my family to do this. I’m more present, less anxious about the what ifs but still informed. Recommend to think about SM usage.

I took Ig and FB apps off my phone. All news apps are off as well. It’s been helpful to have to sit at a computer and go on the browser once and get the gist. It’s less anxiety inducing. Cause truly. Omg.

I'm sad to go bc I love my job and I've made friends but it's just no longer compatible with my personal life and the balance can't be maintained if work doesn't change.

We need to rethink how healthcare is done. It's taking too long to figure out that happy staff=stability.
