My great grandfather was a fiddle player.
I’m so fascinated by how the wood and varnish wore where his chin and shoulder rested - where mine do now - and wonder if we had our thumbs in the same spot. He also kind of looks like he was tall which confuses me , but I can see a bit where I got my hair.
