this dump, by the numbers--provided by the seller, who could be diluting with fake credentials--is only about 3-4% of the total of active paypal accounts, and many of these accounts are likely inactive. if you're in this dump, you likely have malware; bigger problems than changing password could fix

the hackread article seems to be the best in terms of nuance. so far this is "cybercriminal claims to have credentials", with a distinct lack of paypal being hacked directly. this could be a scam, and if it is real, having a paypal account probably isn't a risk factor hackread.com/threat-actor...

testing in alterna because i don't have nso anymore and never got nautilus from sheldon. the tech here actually isn't about holding a charge through a sub throw, it's firing through a sub throw, which lets you "re-catch" the charge by proxy.
